The undersigned parent or guardian of , who is a student enrolled at Wilkinson County Christian Academy, in consideration of Wilkinson County Christian Academy providing accident insurance covering my child and in consideration of Wilkinson County Christian Academy allowing my child to participate in athletic or sports events or exhibitions connected with the school, do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wilkinson County Christian Academy, its officers, directors, coaches, faculty, and all other agents and employees from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities and obligations of any kind or character arising out of or in any way connected with my child practicing for or taking part in any athletic or sports contest or exhibition that is in any way connected with Wilkinson County Christian Academy and I agree to assume for myself and my child all risks, loss, or damage associated with my child participating in said athletic or sports contests or exhibitions
