THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of December , 2004 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF CALABASAS, a public body, corporate and politic (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) the LAS VIRGENES UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a public body, corporate and politic (hereinafter referred to as “LVUSD”) and the CALABASAS PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, a California not-for-profit corporation (hereinafter referred to as “CPHA”). City, LVUSD and CPHA are individually referred to herein as a “party” and are collectively referred to as the “parties.”
