McGill may from time to time offer the Freelancer an assignment to photograph, or take camera footage of an event, or to prepare custom artwork, (herein called the “Material”) for a fee to be negotiated between us on a case by case basis. It is understood that, where relevant, the Material shall include the entirety of the recording in its original format (e.g. for photography the Material includes the complete digital files, or in the case of an edited video the Material includes the raw footage and sound as well as the final version of the project file and any additional files used in the project – e.g. graphics, or music).
