This Bus Punctuality Improvement Partnership (PIP) will form the basis of a partnership agreement between Aberdeen City Council, Aberdeenshire Council, Stagecoach Bluebird, First Aberdeen Ltd and Nestrans, representing a joint commitment to achieving continuous improvement in the punctuality and reliability of bus services for an agreed period of 5 years, extending thereafter by mutual consent. This agreement may be extended to any other operator by mutual agreement with all the aforementioned partners.
