This Designated Facility Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Metro, a metropolitan service district organized under ORS Chapter 268 and the Metro Charter (“Metro”), located at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97232-2736, and Canby Transfer & Recycling, Inc.
