This Agreement is made and entered into by and between THE BOARD OF EDUCATION, UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 368, (hereinafter “Board”), and the Paola Education Association, (hereinafter “Association”). This agreement is the result of good faith collective negotiations, which have been conducted under the requirements of and directives of the Professional Negotiations Act (K.S.A. 72-5413 et seq.).
