Box 957, Offshore Incorporations Centre, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (“Xin Gao”). The Company, Mr. Kun Dai and Xin Gao may hereinafter be referred to from time to time as a “Party” in their individual capacities and as “Parties” collectively.
