Please note that rents are likely to rise annually at or above inflation as the cost to the landlord of managing and maintaining the allotments has resulted in past annual deficits, even without any account for staff or volunteer time which is utilised in the running of the allotments. Where water is provided and metered, the tenant will be responsible for an equal share of the annual cost.
