This Amendment VIII to the Coordination and Provision of Behavioral Health Care Services is entered into by and between the Orange County Health Authority, a public agency, dba CalOptima Health (“CalOptima”) and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, through its division the Orange County Health Care Agency, (“County”), and shall become effective on January 1, 2023 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), with respect to the following:
