WHEREAS, Vertex Broadband Corporation (“CLEC”) has requested to adopt individual interconnection, network element and/or service arrangements (“MFN Provisions”) contained in the separate Interconnection Agreement between Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a SBC Illinois1 (“SBC Illinois”) and AT&T (“Underlying Carrier”) for the state of Illinois (the “Separate Agreement”), pursuant to Section 252(i) of the Act; and
