Service Agreement (the “Agreement”). This is a legal agreement between you on behalf of your sole proprietorship, limited liability company, corporation, government, or any other Person that you represent (“Customer”), and Blade Technology Corporation, LLC (“Blade Technology”), a Delaware, U.S.A. limited liability company, with its principal offices located at 16285 Park Ten Place, Suite 600, Houston, Texas 77084, U.S.A., who are the sole parties to this Agreement. By using the Services, Customer agrees to all of the terms of this Agreement and represents that he, she, or it has the full right and authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of his or her sole proprietorship, limited liability company, partnership, corporation, government, or any Person that he, she, or it represents.
