This Wastewater Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Texas Bridle Trails, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Owner”) and the City of-Elgin, Texas ("City"). The Owner, the District and the City may be referred to herein each as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”. The Brickston Municipal Utility District (“District”), which is a municipal utility district created in the 86th Texas Legislative Session by SB 592, will has joined this Agreement.

Bastrop Trinity Investors, LLC (the “Owner”) joins in this Agreement for the purpose of evidencing its consent to this Agreement. The Developer, the City, and the District may be referred to herein each as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.
