This EU Data Processing Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the SignalWire Cloud Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered into by and between you and SignalWire. This Addendum is an amendment to the Agreement and is effective upon its incorporation into the Agreement, which incorporation may be specified in the Agreement, an Order Form, or an executed amendment to the Agreement. Upon its incorporation into the Agreement, this Addendum will form a part of the Agreement. In accordance with Section 11 of the Agreement herein, you enter into this Addendum on behalf of yourself and, to the extent required under applicable Data Protection Laws (defined below), in the name and on behalf of your Affiliates (defined below), if any. This Addendum incorporates the terms of the Agreement. Unless otherwise defined in this Addendum or in the Agreement, all capitalized terms used in this Addendum will have the meanings given to them in Section 9 of this Addendum.
