This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) entered by and between [Insert Customer Name] (collectively, “you”, "your”, “Customer”), and such Contentsquare Affiliated entity identified in the signature block below (“Contentsquare”, “us”, “we”, “our”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data by Contentsquare solely on behalf of the Customer. Both parties shall be referred to as the “Parties” and each, a “Party”.
