THIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”), dated as of ___ ___, 2020, is entered into by and among the CITY OF WESTFIELD, INDIANA (the “City”), the WESTFIELD REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (the “RDC”), and Haehl Group, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company, or an affiliate or related entity thereof (the “Developer”), organized and existing under the laws of the State of Indiana (collectively, the City, RDC and Developer shall be referred to as “Parties”).
