In July 2021, the City established a General Services Agreement with Central Coast Engineering, Inc. to provide sidewalk repair services. The current contract was awarded in July 2021 and expires on June 30, 2026, if all four (4) one-year extensions are executed. The first contract extension option via Amendment Number 1 was executed administratively extending the term to June 30, 2023. The proposed action will increase the contract not-to-exceed amount to $781,029, cumulatively, to allow Central Coast Engineering, Inc. to provide services for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2023 and the remaining optional three (3) one-year extensions.
