Box 2681, Grand Cayman KY1-1111, Cayman Islands (the “Company”), and AAPC Hong Kong Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong having its registered office address at Room 803, 8th Floor, AXA Centre, 151, Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong (the “Investor”). Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined in clause 11 or in the Master Purchase Agreement (as defined below); references to a “Schedule” are, unless otherwise specified, to a Schedule attached to this Agreement.
