The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction, or coercion exercised or practised by either party or any persons employed by the Employer by reason of age, sex, race, creed, colour, national origin, political or religious affiliation, Union membership or activity nor any other grounds prohibited by law.
