Before the Board of Supervisors this evening is a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between West Goshen Township and the West Goshen Police Officers’ Association. This MOU will form the new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) between the parties. The current CBA will expire on December 31, 2022. As of now, the timeline we are working with is to complete the final CBA to present for approval by the Board at the December 20, 2022 meeting.
