This PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF LAGUNA BEACH, a California municipal corporation (“City”), and the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”).
