WHEREAS the MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais and the municipalities of Cantley, Chelsea, L’Ange-Gardien, La Pêche, Pontiac, Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette and Val-des-Monts have established a shared municipal court by signing an agreement concerning the delegation of competence to the regional county municipality “MRC des Collines-de-l’Outaouais” in order to institute a shared municipal court and the establishment of this court;
