This Amendment to and Assignment of the Transfer Agency and Service Agreement dated December 31, 1999, as amended (''Agreement"), between State Street Bank and Trust Company ("State Street") and American Beacon Select Funds (f.k.a. American AAdvantage Select Funds) (the "Fund", or "Funds") is made as of this 29th day of November, 2017 (the "Effective Date"). In accordance with Article 17 (Amendment) of the Agreement, the parties desire to amend the Agreement as set forth herein.
