This Contractual Warranty is provided by SegenSolar and covers defects in workmanship and materials in your product. This warranty period commences 90 days from the date of the SegenSolar commercial invoice or from the date the product is commissioned, whichever is first, and expires on the same date 12 Months later, unless otherwise agreed in writing (the “Warranty Period”). This Contractual Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners but only for the unexpired portion of the Warranty Period.
