This 2011 Renewable Fixed Energy Price Amendment to QF Power Purchase Agreement ("Amendment"), by and between Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a CalifOfllla corporation ("Buyer"), and EIF Haypress, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Seller"), is entered into as of the later of the signature dates found at the signature block, below. Buyer and Seller are sometimes referred to III this Amendment individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties". Unless the context specifies or requires, any initially capitalized term used but not otherv;ise defined in this Amendment has the meamng given to such term in the Agreement (as defined in Recital A).
