In order to be a member of the Salinas Valley Dream Academy (Dream Academy or Academy), you are required to accept and abide by the following conditions contained in this contract. The consequence of not following these conditions is losing your right to be a member of the Academy, losing your right to travel with the Academy, and forfeiting any money you have deposited with the Academy and/or travel agency.
