Upon acceptance of this contract and receipt of two deposit checks of $150 each (payable to Brimfield Township), copy of valid Portage County Food Service Operation License and insurance documents by July 1, 2022, Brimfield Township and the Brimfield Historical Society will grant the Food Vendor the right to use a Designated Area in Brimfield Township Brimfest festival.
