This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of SeptemberOctober, 2017, by and among the City of Hapeville, Georgia, a municipal corporation of the State of Georgia (the “City”) and RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc., a Georgia corporation (“RaceTrac”) referred to collectively hereinafter as (“Parties”) and individually as (“Party”), each of whom has been duly authorized to enter this Agreement.
