THIS CONTRACT is made this 4th day of December , 2023, in the Territory of the Virgin Islands, by and between the Government of the Virgin Islands, Department of Property and Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources Division of Coastal Zone Management (hereinafter referred to as "Government") and Tysam Tech, LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor").
