This STOCKpx Click-Wrap License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between the customer subscribing to the STOCKpx product (“you”) and Autodata Solutions, Inc. and its affiliates (“Autodata”, “we” or “us”) for the use of any image(s) or visual representation(s) generated electronically or digitally by the STOCKpx product (the “Images”).
