This agreement constitutes a lease and not a sale. Hempfield Production Company will be abbreviated “HPC”. No part of the agreement shall be deemed payment towards the purchase of any of the equipment. Title shall remain at all times with Hempfield School District. The borrower recognizes Hempfield School District’s ownership and title, and agrees to keep the equipment free from all liens, levies, and encumbrances.
