The Parties to this agreement (“Grant Agreement” or “Contract”) are Health and Human Services Commission (“System Agency”), a pass-through entity, and Boys and Girls Club of Greater Tarrant County, Inc. (“Grantee”), having its principal office at 3218 E Belknap St, Fort Worth, TX 76111 (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties” to this Grant Agreement/ Contract).
