To aide in recruitment, retention, and job satisfaction and in recognition of the workload of our certified staff, Earlywood Educational Services is initiating a Professional Flex Day Pilot which allows an eligible employee to engage in their principal work activities at a location other than a traditional or established physical office or classroom space. All certified Earlywood employees are eligible to participate in specified professional tasks at a flexible work location per the participation terms below.
