The sales quote and/or sales order (the “Order”), together with these terms and conditions, and any attachments and exhibits, specifications, drawings, notes, instructions and other information, whether physically attached or incorporated by reference (collectively the “Agreement”), constitutes the entire and exclusive agreement between Air and Ground Aviation Inc (“Seller”) and the buyer identified in the Order, hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”, regarding the sale of goods, materials and/or services hereunder (“Goods”).
