This End User License and Non-Disclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of the date on which ReSe Applications LLC (“ReSe”) accepts the order for the MODTRAN® Software as integral component of MODO with MODTRAN® as described in the Attachment to this Agreement (the “Software”) from the person or entity as listed during the software registration process (“Licensee”), is entered into effect by ReSe and Licensee.
