Payment of $500.00 is due and payable on the first day of each month. Monthly Payments are payable in advance and not prorated or refundable. The initial term of this agreement is FOUR months. Money is to be LEFT IN PAYMENT BOX OR GIVEN TO MANAGEMENT. Non-payment will deem you in default and will automatically terminate the Resident Agreement and you will need to leave the premises immediately.
