OPERATION AGREEMENT (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into on the last date written below, by and between OSF HEALTHCARE SYSTEM, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, owner and operator of Saint Francis Medical Center, in Peoria, Illinois, (such System and Medical Center are hereinafter collectively referred to as “OSF”) and THE PLEASURE DRIVEWAY AND PARK DISTRICT OF PEORIA, ILLINOIS (hereinafter referred to as “Park District”).
