Client agrees to compensate OPUS at the rates and terms set forth herein. If in the opinion of Opus the total cost of performance may be greater than the estimated amount shown below, OPUS will notify CLIENT and provide a revised estimate for Client’s approval prior to undertaking the work. In such event, continued performance is subject to additional funding as mutually agreed. In addition to the Agreement amount, CLIENT assumes full responsibility for the payment of any applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes under this Agreement, except as otherwise specified.
