In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Langley Research Center, located in Hampton, VA 23681-2199 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA LaRC") and the University of Notre Dame, located at 317D Main Building, Notre Dame, IN 46556-4635 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "UND"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
