This STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT is made as of 20 March, 2006, by and among Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Buyer”), Tomah Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”), and the common stockholders and option holders of the Company set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (individually, a “Stockholder” and collectively, the “Stockholders”).
