This Services Agreement (this "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the 31st day of July by and between South Dakota State University a public institution of higher education under the control and management of the South Dakota Board of Regents, ( “University” ) on behalf of its Intercollegiate Athletics Department located at South Dakota State University Stanley J Marshall HPER Ctr Box 2820, Brookings, SD 57007 and The Aspire Sport Marketing Group, LLC (“Aspire”), whose principal place of business is at 1720 Peachtree St. NW, Suite 1062, Atlanta, GA 30309. The University and Aspire may hereinafter be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
