On May 23, 2014, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) submitted an executed Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (WMPA)1 entered into among PJM, Kingwood Solar W3-149 LLC (Kingwood Solar) and Jersey Central Power & Light Company (JCPL). PJM states that it is submitting this WMPA for filing because Kingwood Solar intends to engage in wholesale sales in the PJM markets from a generating facility connected to JCPL’s distribution facilities.
