THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 31st day of October, 2014, by and between FRONTIER FUNDS, INC., (f/k/a Frontegra Funds, Inc.), a Maryland corporation, (the “Company”), and U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“USBFS”). This Agreement replaces and supersedes the Fund Administration Servicing Agreement by and between Frontegra Funds, Inc. and USBFS dated September 1, 1999, as amended.

This Agreement replaces and supersedes the Fund Administration Servicing Agreement dated April 1, 2009.
