This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement” or “MSA”) is entered into as of the date of last signature below (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Texas A&M University System (hereafter referred to as “A&M System” or “Client”), an agency of the state of Texas, and Accenture LLP, a limited liability partnership in the State of Texas (hereafter referred to as “PROVIDER” or “ACCENTURE”).
