THIS AGREEMENT, (hereafter, “Agreement”) is made by and between the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (hereafter, “SBCAG”) and American Star Trailways (hereinafter, “Contractor”) (individually referred to as “Party”; collectively “Parties”) wherein Contractor agrees to provide and SBCAG agrees to accept the services specified herein.
