The general purpose of this agreement is to establish an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the Health Centre and the employees represented by the Union. The agreement is also to provide a method of settling differences and grievances which might arise, so as to maintain harmonious relations between the Health Centre and all employees covered by this Agreement.
