In accordance with the provisions of California Government Code Sections 3500, et seq., and Resolution No. 99-24 of the Joint Boards of Directors, the District's authorized representatives have met and conferred in good faith with representatives of the Professional Group. These meetings have resulted in an agreement and understanding to recommend that the employees represented by the Professional Group accept these terms and conditions, and that the Board of Directors adopt by Resolution the changes and additions to the wages, hours, and conditions of employment for the employees represented by the Professional Group as set forth in this Agreement.
