The Agreement memorializes the terms and conditions of a loan to Borrower in the sum of $350,000 from the City’s Affordable Housing Trust Fund (the “Loan”) in relation to the residential development at 2140 East 25th Terrace, Lawrence, Kansas 66046 (the “Project”).
