EF Academy Enrollment and Student Conduct Agreement (“EF Academy Agreement”) contains important terms relating to student conduct, enrollment conditions, parental permissions, an assumption of risk and release of claims and other important information about the EF Academy program. Both parents/guardians and student should carefully read this agreement to ensure that you are aware of, understand and agree to EF Academy’s policies. Both parents/guardians and students are required to confirm their acceptance of these terms by signing the final page of this agreement. Wherever the EF Academy Agreement has been translated, the English version supersedes the translated version in the event of ambiguity. All EF Academy programs are organized by EF International Academy Ltd., Selnaustrasse 30, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. The program in the United Kingdom is administered by EF International Academy UK Ltd . The terms in this Agreement apply to all admissions made for courses commencing from 2023
