The buyer agrees to provide proper care and housing for puppy/dog purchased from Pottle’s Ark Canines. If seller gets proof that any dog purchased form Pottle’s Ark Canines is abused or neglected, seller reserves the right to repossess said puppy/dog with no monies refunded to the purchaser.
