This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into by and between the County of Orange, acting through its Social Services Agency, (SSA), hereinafter referred to as “SSACOUNTY,” the Children and Families Commission of Orange County, hereinafter referred to as “Commission,” <COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATION>, hereinafter referred to as “CBO,”<COMMUNITY BASED ORfiANIZATION>, hereinafter referred to as “CBO,” the Children’s Data Network at the University of Southern California, hereinafter referred to as “CDN,” and Children’s Home Society of California, which will serve as the administrative agency hereinafter referred to as “HUB.”. This MOU contains program content and purpose along with guidelines for the establishementestablishment of a multidisciplinary personnel team (MDT) to offer Prevention and Early Intervention/Neighborhood Resource Network (PEI/NRN) services.
